• Promotion / Demotion The top leaderboard performer receives two role promotions, while the second and third place finishers earn one promotion each. The top three traders based on average gain from their first five trades of the month will be recognized one rank up. Upgrade everyone in top 2 by 1 rank and downgrade all below 10% by 2 ranks

• Logo Score + Bonus + Scorecard + Survey Points = Total Points Total Points / Group Total Points = % Payout Pool % Payout Pool * Group Amount = $ Payout Group Total Points - Total of all the group points.

  • Ranked members are group into 4.

    • Group Amount - Determined by the monthly payments received Payout

      • Group 1: (Analyst, Senior Analyst): 47% Payout

      • Group 2: (Junior Analyst, Top Traders): 27% Payout

      • Group 3: (Contributor, Junior Trader) 16% Payout

      • Group 4: (Prospects, Moderators, and Regular Users): 10%
