I paid for the subscription, but my role isn't updated, and I don't see the alert channels. What should I do?
Under normal circumstances, our bot will automatically apply your membership role after you connect your Discord account. If the bot fails to do this, please create a ticket and send a screenshot of your email receipt and a moderator will assist you ASAP.
I’m a paid member, but I no longer see some channels. What’s going on?
Double-check and make sure channel categories weren't accidentally collapsed. If the issue remains, try restarting the discord app. If that doesn't work, contact a moderator and they will assist you ASAP.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription on PayPal you can simply cancel through the app or PayPal's website. If the membership was bought through a credit card, contact Customer Support from the create a ticket function for cancelation.
I am an Elite/Elite Plus/Lifetime member, and I messaged the analyst, but they are not responding. What should I do?
Due to the size of our server, our analysts receive many direct messages every day. It is not always possible for them to respond in a timely manner. Members that have purchased the mentoring package or are eligible for mentoring such as new Platinum Lifetime members have priority. If you are in that group but you still aren't getting a timely response, please message an admin.
I'm not getting notifications for my Discord app. How do I turn that on?
Due to the size of the server, certain channels cannot receive notifications due to the influx of messages. If you want to turn on notifications for certain channels, right click (on desktop) or hold (on mobile) the channel you would like to turn on notifications and go to notification settings.
I can't post in member plays anymore. What happened?
After concerns over liquidation plays/lack of stop loss, members will receive the @No Plays role which will prevent you from using the bot. If you believe this was a mistake, contact a moderator to look over the issue.
Why are my messages being deleted as soon as I post them?
Trialists are unable to embed links or attachments until they reach a minimum of 20 non-spam messages. If you are a paid member, please contact a moderator and they will get it sorted
